Responsibilities

• Drive innovation that improves under-the-roof processes and reduces cost across fulfillment and delivery network.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, execute, and standardize complex projects for cost and quality goals.
• Gather and analyze data across fulfillment and delivery to establish global standards.
• Analyze operational barriers and root causes to drive opportunities.
• Develop best practices for internal operations and future-state design.
• Use analytics to support and justify business decisions and roadmaps.
