Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity. You will advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects to ensure project success.

You will direct program execution across diverse disciplines, identify risks, deploy resources, and drive efficiencies while maintaining strong QA/QC and contract compliance. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Planning, Business Administration or closely related field.
Professional licenses/certifications: PE/P.Eng, PMP, PgMP, AICP, CCM.
10+ years of program management experience with 4+ years as Senior PM; multiple programs with $500M+ capital value.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects to ensure success.
Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of program execution across disciplines.
Identify risks and provide strategic advice and resource deployment.
Develop plans and tools to drive efficiency, accountability, and transparency.
Direct multiple large program teams or oversee a mega-project.
Promote team alignment through regular communications.
Ensure contract compliance and robust QA/QC processes.
Monitor financial performance and support business growth across HDR.
