Job summary

HDR is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with a high degree of technical complexity. You will advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects, and oversee plan development, startup, and execution across numerous disciplines.

Key duties include identifying risks, deploying resources, and enforcing governance and QA/QC. This role supports HDR's employee-owned culture and requires strategic leadership across large teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Planning, Business Administration or closely related field.
• DBIA certification.
• Experience leading the consultant or owner program management team on a $1B+ infrastructure program.
• Knowledge of delivery models like P3, DBFOM, EPC.
• Willingness to travel and commute to client sites on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial and community facets.
• Direct plan, startup and monitor program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Identify risks and provide strategic problem solving and decision support.
• Develop and implement program management plans, governance and processes.
