Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Product Manager to join the Fleet Safety team, defining and building fleet connected vehicle and safety technology capabilities to support current and future fleet safety initiatives. This role is part of a fast-growing Last Mile organization, integrating safety across drivers and vehicles.

You will own the safety technology product roadmap, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with Last Mile Delivery, Global Fleet, DSPs, and Tech Teams to deliver scalable safety

Qualifications

3+ years of product management experience.
Experience managing technical products or online services.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services.

Responsibilities

Define, measure, and enforce critical program elements (e.g., KPIs, incident management, SLA enforcement).
Develop and implement a safety tech roadmap and global expansion plan.
Own vendor relationships with safety technology partners.
Manage internal and external business reviews.
Establish program goals and track performance.
Solve complex, technical problems with simple, innovative solutions.
Communicate across teams to ensure alignment of goals and tasks.
Monitor key quality metrics and drive improvements.
Define, collect, and track metrics for continuous product improvements.
