Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Fleet Health Coach to lead enforcement and coaching for Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to meet Fleet Standards and improve performance. The role involves root-cause analysis, metrics reporting, and collaboration with Last Mile teams across North America, with travel expected around 25-40%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Own Monitoring and Enforcement Plans (MEPs) within North America to ensure compliance and coach DSPs to improve performance around key metrics.
• Develop reporting and communication processes for DSPs to drive performance for key Fleet Standards metrics.
• Communicate across teams and to leadership to ensure alignment of goals, tasks, and successful program outcomes.
• Monitor key quality metrics and define initiatives to drive program and process improvements.
• Evaluate program policies and enforcement matrix.
• Create programs and processes to drive compliance.
• Work within time constraints and deliver results to meet critical business needs.
• Collaborate with Transportation Risk and Compliance, Fleet Managers, Business Coaches, and other Last Mile teams.
• Create reporting and metrics to identify root causes of low performance.
• Develop action plans to address root causes and implement changes.
