Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Fleet Health Coach who will help build new business improvement paths through monitoring and accountability mechanisms. At Amazon, we are building a last mile operation that is complimented by Delivery Service Partners (DSP). The Last Mile team is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Fleet Health Coach to develop and lead the enforcement, coaching, and proactive support for DSPs to ensure compliance against Fleet Standards and Requirements. The Senior Program Manager, Fleet Health Coach will be working with DSPs with low compliance scores to understand root causes, provide dedicated support, and to coach them to better performance and fleet readiness. This role will be responsible for executing a new or existing coaching and enforcement program, that includes developing impactful coaching plans, ensuring our DSPs understand program requirements, and taking appropriate action where needed for our safety and compliance standards. Further, this role partners regularly with internal stakeholders to improve programs, products, reporting, and experiences that lead to better safety and business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
