Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Program Manager, Fleet Health Coach to lead enforcement and coaching for DSPs, driving compliance with Fleet Standards and Requirements across North America. You will design coaching plans, address root causes, and partner with internal teams to deliver safer, more compliant last-mile operations.

You will own measurement programs, report performance, and guide DSPs to higher fleet readiness while aligning with leadership on goals and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Own Monitoring and Enforcement Plans (MEPs) within North America to ensure compliance and coach DSPs to improve performance around key metrics.
• Develop reporting and communication processes for DSPs to drive performance for key Fleet Standards metrics.
• Communicate across teams and to leadership to ensure alignment of goals, tasks, and to ensure the overall success of the program.
• Monitor key quality metrics, define and implement initiatives to drive program and process improvements.
• Evaluate program policies and enforcement matrix.
• Create programs and processes to drive compliance.
• Work within time constraints and deliver results to meet critical business needs.
• Work across internal teams including Transportation Risk and Compliance, Fleet Managers, Business Coaches, and other Last Mile teams.
• Create reporting and metrics to help identify root causes of low performance.
• Develop action plans to address root causes and assist with implementing the changes.
