Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead enterprise-scale programs and complex healthcare migrations. You will provide leadership to matrixed teams, develop executive communications, and drive cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Finance, and Benefit Operations.

The role requires 8+ years in program or project management, a Bachelor's degree, and preferably a Master’s degree with PMP/PgMP certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
• Healthcare or managed care experience preferred.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale, cross-functional healthcare migrations and manage scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate multiple project managers and business analysts across workgroups.
• Create executive dashboards and ongoing analytics reports.
• Develop training materials with the training team.
• Prepare documents for Program Steering Committees to the Executive team.
• Proactively manage risk, budget/forecast and dependencies.
