Centene Corporation is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives. You will provide leadership and hands-on support to matrixed teams, delivering complex integrations and executive-level updates.

You will drive large-scale projects across multiple domains, develop dashboards for executives, and deliver training materials. A strong background in program management and risk mitigation is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience required, leading cross-functional teams on large-scale initiatives.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience as a lead in a functional area with supervisory responsibilities and hiring/training duties.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools.
• Healthcare or managed care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large cross-functional programs for enterprise-wide implementations or process improvements, aligning with strategic objectives.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budget; create timelines and deliverables following project management standards.
• Coordinate multiple project managers/analysts across teams (Operations, Finance, Benefits, etc.).
• Develop executive dashboards and post-implementation analytics reports.
• Prepare materials for Program Steering Committees and communicate risks and mitigations to leadership.
• Proactively manage risk, budgets, dependencies, and strategic opportunities.
• Serve as escalation point for project issues and drive resolution.
