Job summary

Advanced Technology Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of complex engineering and fabrication projects. You will lead project managers and coordinators, drive PM excellence, and ensure contract scope and budgets are met while collaborating with onsite teams and customers.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in program management, strong leadership, and a track record of managing budgets over US$10 million.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, science, business or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years in project/program management, including 2+ years in custom fabrication or equipment building.
• Proven success managing complex programs with budgets > US$10 million.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program contracts, scopes, budgets, reporting and project teams to meet goals.
• Monitor progress and coordinate adjustments across projects within the program.
• Drive PME best practices and scheduling standards across all projects.
• Identify and implement process improvements in project management practices.
• Ensure resources and skills are aligned to program needs.
• Maintain productive relationships with customers and manage escalations.
• Oversee risk and issue management to reduce delays and overruns.
