Advanced Technology Group is seeking a Program Manager to oversee strategic planning and execution of complex engineering projects in Westminster, Colorado. The role includes managing budgets from $3M to over $30M and driving excellence in project execution.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years in project management. They must possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with the capability to manage teams effectively.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project/program management, including custom fabrication.
• Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $10 million.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program contracts, scopes, budgets, and project goals.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate adjustments as necessary.
• Lead project managers to implement best practices.
