Job summary

Advanced Technology Group is seeking a Program Manager in Westminster, Colorado to oversee strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects. You’ll manage project contracts, budgets, and resources for projects worth between $3M and $30M, leading teams to ensure success.

The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, including managing projects over $10 million. The position offers a competitive salary of $115K to $145K along with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience managing complex projects with budgets over $10 million.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program contract, scopes, budgets, and reporting.
• Drive consistency in project execution and manage project teams.
• Identify risks and implement process improvements.
