Our client is a U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in highly engineered equipment for critical and regulated industries, and they want you to join their team as a Senior Program Manager.

Your day-to-day as a Senior Program Manager:

• Lead and oversee a team of project managers executing complex, custom-engineered manufacturing programs
• Drive end-to-end program execution including proposal support, planning, budgeting, risk management, and milestone tracking
• Serve as the primary customer point of contact post-award, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and supply chain to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Manage scope changes, evolving requirements, and contract compliance while maintaining schedule and cost controls

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of technical program or project management experience within a manufacturing or engineered-to-order environment
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and commercial contract execution
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple complex projects and mentoring project managers
• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements
