Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee complex technical and engineering initiatives in robotics and manufacturing. You will lead planning, execution, and performance, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver objectives on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have a technical background and 5+ years in program management; PMP certification is preferred. Onsite work at a regional office may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 5+ years of program management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.
• PM certifications (PMP/ PMI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex technical and engineering projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate resources, timelines, and milestones to meet schedules and budgets.
• Monitor performance, budgets, forecasts, and risks.
• Prepare reports and updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Support compliance with contractual requirements and documentation standards.
• Develop and improve PM processes, tools, and templates.
• Serve as primary contact for project partners and vendors.
