Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, seeks a Program Manager for Customer Project Rollouts to plan, execute, and oversee Gasboy deployments for customers. You will act as the main liaison between Gasboy and clients, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, on-budget rollouts.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in complex implementations, with PMBOK knowledge, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office, Project, Asana, or Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing complex customer implementation or software deployment projects
• Strong understanding of PMBOK and project management best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and budget
• Up to 15% travel for on-site customer engagements

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for customer rollouts
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer projects with regular stakeholder updates
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across technical, implementation, and support teams
• Identify and mitigate project risks with contingency planning
• Monitor progress against milestones and take corrective action as needed
• Ensure quality standards throughout implementation and conduct reviews
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned
• Support customer training and change management initiatives
