Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer specializing in systems engineering to support DoD programs at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

The role requires an active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access and emphasis on protecting CPI in weapon systems. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s (12+ years) or a Master’s (10+ years) in engineering, with SAP/SCI experience and willingness to travel CONUS up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access and recent background investigation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years of DoD/government contractor experience.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years of DoD/government contractor experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering process, policy, and procedures to lifecycle activities of weapons systems.
• Assess integrated circuitry and memory components and determine reverse engineering methodologies.
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including long-term planning and RFP development.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Develop plans to assess CPI security features of GOTS/COTS components.
• Work with DoD Anti-Tamper Evaluation Teams to identify vulnerabilities.
