Job summary

You will manage long-range plans, direct correspondence and clearance processes, and lead digital business improvements across dashboards, portals and document management systems.

Qualifications

• A college or university degree generally must be from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Foreign education may be used to meet requirements and must be deemed equivalent to U.S. education.
• Clear evidence of credential equivalence may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, directing and execution of a program or program segments.
• Approve long-range plans and manage work to achieve goals and objectives.
• Direct executive correspondence, executive secretariat operations, and clearance processes for congressional and executive matters.
• Provide strategic leadership for digital experience initiatives, workflow automation, case management systems, dashboards, portals and document management solutions.
