• Evaluate performance and recommend recognition or disciplinary actions.
• Interview candidates and advise on appointments, promotions, or reallocations.
• Address employee complaints and manage minor disciplinary actions.
• Provide leadership for LB&I programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with IRS missions.
• Lead meetings with management and stakeholders on program, budgetary, and operational matters.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to support organizational effectiveness.
