Job summary

Razorfish is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a freelance opportunity to lead end-to-end digital creative experiences and paid media campaigns across channels. You will coordinate Creative, Media, Strategy, Analytics, Production, Technology, and Client Services teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in digital production workflows, strong communication, and a track record of driving operational excellence in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in digital/agency environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex digital creative programs from kickoff to delivery.
• Experience managing digital creative and paid media development across channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for digital creative experiences and paid media campaigns.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams including Creative, Media, Strategy, Analytics, Production, Technology, and Client Services.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using Smartsheet and other PM tools.
• Ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and business objectives across teams.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, status reviews, and executive updates.
• Identify risks and dependencies and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.
