Job summary

Razorfish, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a freelance opportunity to oversee large-scale digital creative experiences and paid media initiatives. This role coordinates across Creative, Media, Strategy, Production, Analytics, Technology, and Client Services to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in digital program management, strong leadership, and deep expertise in Smartsheet as well as other PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for digital creative experiences and paid media initiatives across channels.
• Manage complex projects and programs involving creative development, paid media assets, websites, landing pages, display advertising, social campaigns, video, email communications, and related deliverables.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, dependencies, resource allocations, and status reporting using Smartsheet and other tools.
• Collaborate with Creative, Media, Strategy, Analytics, Production, Technology, and Client Services to ensure alignment on deliverables and objectives.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, stakeholder reviews, and executive updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks with contingency plans.
• Manage scope, governance, change requests, and delivery processes to stay on time and within budget.
• Drive operational excellence across workflows, asset production, and campaign launches.
