Job summary

Razorfish is seeking a Senior Program Manager on a freelance basis to lead end-to-end program management for digital creative experiences and paid media campaigns. The role requires coordinating multiple workstreams across Creative, Media, Strategy, Production, Analytics, Technology, and Client Services, with a focus on scheduling, risk management, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience within a digital, creative, marketing, media, or agency environment.
• Proven experience managing complex digital creative programs and integrated marketing initiatives from kickoff to final delivery.
• Experience supporting digital creative experiences and paid media development across channels.
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows and agency operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for digital creative experiences and paid media initiatives.
• Manage complex projects involving creative development, paid media assets, websites, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk logs using Smartsheet and similar tools.
• Coordinate with Creative, Media, Strategy, Analytics, Production, Technology, and Client Services teams.
• Facilitate kickoffs, status meetings, and executive updates; manage risks and contingency plans.
