Razorfish, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a freelance opportunity to lead end-to-end digital creative and paid media initiatives. You will coordinate across Creative, Media, Strategy, Analytics, Production, Technology, and Client Services to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of program management in agencies, deep Smartsheet expertise, and strong cross-functional leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management in digital/agency settings.
• Experience leading complex digital creative programs and integrated campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet for planning, reporting, dashboards.
• Experience with Workfront, Jira, Confluence, Box, Teams.
• Ability to decompose programs into executable workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for digital creative experiences and paid media initiatives across channels.
• Manage complex projects and programs involving creative development, paid media assets, websites, landing pages, display advertising, social creative, video, email communications, and related campaigns.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, resource allocations, and status reporting using Smartsheet and other PM tools.
• Partner with Creative, Media, Strategy, Analytics, Production, Technology, and Client Services to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and executive updates.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and create contingency plans.
