Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to own cross-functional selection programs, including QBRs, sprint planning, and SME coordination. You will drive alignment across multiple VP organizations and technology partners, guiding flagship strategic goals with data-driven execution and stakeholder influence.

The role emphasizes automating processes, maintaining health metrics, and delivering clear narratives to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in verbal and written communication for executive level leaders.
• Experience in automation or monitoring frameworks, deployment or development.
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle of complex, cross-functional selection programs including QBRs and sprint planning.
• Coordinate with 6+ VP orgs, category teams, and tech partners to align priorities and secure commitments.
• Lead strategic initiative management, driving goals from red to green through data-driven execution.
• Design and implement automation to move work from manual tracking to automated remediation.
• Define and maintain P0 metrics, ensure data quality, and build audit mechanisms for program health.
• Create concise narratives and status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
