Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager for AMZL ORBIT PMO in Nashville to lead cross-functional programs, drive strategic reviews, and shape metrics to improve performance.

The role emphasizes strong program management, data analytics, and collaboration with finance, safety, and operations teams; you will influence senior leaders and partner with multiple AMZL groups to deliver high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, HR, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex cross team programs at various stages of lifecycle.
• Create transparency and predictability with roadmaps, planning, and partner management.
• Drive programs to deliver goals on time and exceeding our quality bar.
• Manage delivery schedules and emergent tasks while mitigating risks and blockers.
• Participate in strategic planning meetings and surface risks and opportunities.
• Set and embody a strong team culture and leadership standards.
• Drive alignment with leadership across internal AMZL teams and partner business units.
