Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Nashville to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology programs across multiple verticals. You will scope projects, drive execution, and report to senior leadership, coordinating with vendors and partners globally.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, budgeting, and stakeholder management to deliver complex programs from conception to completion.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
5+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
3+ years of vendor management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
5+ years of budgeting, scheduling and cost reporting experience.
3+ years of data visualization and reports tools experience.
3+ years of fuel industry experience OR Electric Vehicle experience.

Responsibilities

Own Fuel and Energy Solutions forecasting, spend analysis, and budgeting.
Manage and oversee cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery.
Develop and refine program strategies, leading and motivating teams.
Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements.
Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resources.
Create and manage KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs.
