Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager/Technical Project Manager in Bellevue, WA to own the delivery of multi-team programs with quarterly milestones. You will turn ambiguity into milestones, coordinate across software, controls, hardware, and field operations, and drive delivery with product managers and engineering leads.

You will lead cross-team dependencies, manage risk, and ensure delivery stays on schedule while aligning with senior leadership expectations.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
3+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

Own planning, execution, and delivery of programs spanning multiple engineering teams and deployment organizations.
Partner with product managers and engineering managers to scope work, set priorities, and establish quarterly milestones.
Manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring changes in one system do not break upstream or downstream systems.
Coordinate deployment activities including testing, rollout, and operational readiness for live fulfillment sites.
