Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the WW Engineering and Innovation PMO to oversee a portfolio of projects, align with strategic objectives, and drive executive reporting. You will partner with leaders across technology and operations to improve processes and customer experience while supporting business growth.

You will design PMO standards, develop executive‑level reviews, and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Design and implement PMO standards, methodologies, and frameworks across assigned functional areas.
Lead the development and maintenance of executive‑level business review documentation (MBRs and QBRs) and OP cycles with focus on performance metrics.
Collaborate with director‑level leaders to drive strategic alignment and resource allocation.
Facilitate stakeholder management through effective communication and status reporting.
Lead execution of high‑priority initiatives aligned with organizational strategy and objectives.
Partner with Process/Design Engineers to ensure delivery standards and successful outcomes.
