You will work with senior leaders to define strategy, create detailed plans, and ensure programs run on time, with a focus on process improvements and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or project management.
• Experience using data/metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience leading strategy and communicating results to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex, cross-functional programs from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Partner with senior leadership across multiple organizations to define program strategy, goals, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify and resolve blockers, escalating appropriately to ensure program momentum.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement, automation, and standardization.
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners, influencing without direct authority.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and business impact.
• Mentor and develop junior program managers, raising the bar for program management excellence.
• Drive mechanisms that scale, ensuring programs can grow efficiently as the business expands.
