Highmark Health seeks a Senior Program Manager to define, plan, and deliver complex programs that require cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams, while managing scope, schedule, and budget.

You will lead Project Managers and contractors, develop and maintain program roadmaps, and report progress to Exec Sponsors. Strong leadership, healthcare domain knowledge, and SDLC experience are essential.

Qualificações

• 4 years of experience in a project manager role.
• PMP certification or equivalent training preferred.
• Healthcare Insurance industry knowledge preferred.
• Experience managing large, complex projects preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills preferred.
• Familiarity with industry-standard SDLC processes.

Responsabilidades

• Define, plan, and deliver complex programs with cross-functional teams.
• Organize, plan, and maintain program roadmaps across projects.
• Lead Project Managers and program teams to develop comprehensive plans.
• Collaborate with Executive Sponsor and Business Owner to achieve objectives.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and risk; take corrective action as needed.
• Develop positive customer relationships and present status updates.
• Adhere to PM methods and audit requirements; contribute to process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
