Highmark Health is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from definition through transition, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering on scope, schedule, and budget.

You will partner with sponsors, stakeholders, vendors, and program teams, maintaining integrated plans, managing risks and decisions, and ensuring timely delivery health in a regulated healthcare environment.

Formación

• 1–3 years of project manager or leadership experience.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery and manage risks.
• Experience with project charters, integrated plans, RAID logs, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain baselines for scope, schedule, milestones, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery across business and technology teams.
• Track progress against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and readiness.
• Maintain delivery momentum by resolving barriers and escalating constraints.
• Coordinate implementation, stabilization, and transition to operations.
