Job summary

Irth Solutions, L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of an integrated asset integrity and risk platform.

You will coordinate across Product, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Infrastructure, Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience to deliver on schedule and within budget. You will own the integrated plan, drive governance, manage risks and budget, and provide executive updates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex software, technology, or data programs, incl. multi-workstream with executive visibility.
• End-to-end program ownership of schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, and governance.
• Experience in regulated environments with audit trails and traceability.
• Strong experience running Agile at scale with phase-gate governance.
• Proven skills in risk/issue registers, decision logs, and executive dashboards.
• Experience managing external customer, partner, or design-partner commitments.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated master project plan across workstreams.
• Establish phase-gate milestones, release dates, and critical-path activities.
• Lead weekly delivery cadence with sprint/release checkpoints and dependency management.
• Maintain single source of truth for program status and health.
• Track budget and vendor spend, including cloud services and licenses.
• Coordinate phase-gate approvals with the Executive Sponsor.
