The ideal candidate has 10+ years of program management experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to align technical requirements with strategic goals within a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' Program Management experience.
• Experience with industry standard program management techniques, tools and best practices.
• Experience managing complex programs includes integration across multiple work streams, suppliers and customer resources.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements.
• Uses a logical approach to improve processes and solve problems.
• Experience with non-technical, process and operations-related programs a must.
• Proven experience working with C-level executives to develop and communicate strategy goals.

Responsibilities

• Provides day to day program execution: directing issue resolution, risk definition/mitigation, scope details and execution plans.
• Develops and maintains leadership presentation material and timelines for milestones; facilitates meetings and events.
• Collects and analyzes data to track metrics and ensure progress toward deliverables.
• Develops executive level briefing materials and enables cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintains program schedule and budget; communicates status and negotiates changes as needed.
• Maintains positive internal customer relationships to achieve superior satisfaction.
