Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director, Program Management to lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs within Global Finance/Quote-to-Cash. You will drive strategy, governance, and change, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while developing your team and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

You will report progress, manage KPIs, and partner with executives to resolve risks and optimize outcomes. This is a high-impact, collaborative role in a Fortune 500 environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrable project experience in similar roles.
• 5+ years of enterprise-level experience leading medium to large, cross-functional, multi-year programs.
• Current PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a program/portfolio of projects within Global Finance/Quote-to-Cash.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Finance, BUs and other functions.
• Set transformation priorities and develop a transformation roadmap to drive value.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issues; report status to leadership; drive mitigations.
• Ensure approvals on scope changes and resource alignment; manage budget.
