ADP, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver critical roadmap milestones with on‑time execution. You will develop plans, manage budgets, and communicate status to senior leaders.

The role requires 10+ years in program management, strong stakeholder communication, and a proven ability to work with executives to drive strategy across the organization. This on‑site position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program Management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience working with C-level executives as a right hand to a General Manager.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and complex processes.
• Experience with non-technical, operations-related programs.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day program execution, directing issue resolution and risk mitigation.
• Develops and maintains leadership presentation materials and schedules; facilitates meetings and organizes logistics.
• Collects and analyzes data to track metrics and progress toward deliverables.
• Develops executive-level briefings and enables collaboration with appropriate technologies.
• Maintains program level schedule and budget and communicates status to all participants; negotiates changes.
• Builds internal customer relationships and ensures satisfaction.
