Job summary

Assured seeks a Principal Program Manager to join the Client Engagement team. You will turn complex client priorities into clear, executable programs across Client Engagement, Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders.

You’ll own the operating rhythm for high-stakes initiatives, from kickoff to launch, adoption, and long-term success. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, keep cross-functional work moving, and build trust with internal teams and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, and Client Engagement.
• Ability to translate client priorities into scoped initiatives with owners, timelines, risks, and next steps.
• Strong communication skills with internal teams and enterprise clients.
• Insurance domain knowledge is helpful, P&C preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Turn client needs into clear execution plans bridging Product, Engineering and client stakeholders.
• Own the operating rhythm for high-stakes client initiatives from kickoff to launch and adoption.
• Build and refine Client Engagement processes, tracking, escalation, and RAID logs across initiatives.
• Surface risks and tradeoffs early, frame options, and drive informed decisions before going to clients.
• Translate carrier feedback and constraints into internal actions and client-ready explanations.
• Identify common patterns across client work to inform process improvements and scalable programs.
• Maintain balance of multiple initiatives, ensuring clear owners, dates, risks, and dependencies.
