Job summary

ChargeAfter is seeking a self-starting Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level client programs from initiation through go-live and adoption. You will own program execution across multiple workstreams, coordinating with product, engineering, and customer success while reporting to executives.

This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive time-to-value for fintech and e-commerce clients in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, including enterprise SaaS/fintech/software implementations.
• Experience leading programs spanning multiple workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, and business objectives.
• Strong communication with technical stakeholders, senior leaders, and C-suite executives.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and lead strategic conversations with enterprise customers.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive, self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to drive alignment without constant input.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive full lifecycle of complex enterprise client programs from onboarding through launch and post-launch support.
• Establish and manage integrated program plans across multiple workstreams with milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive visibility.
• Coordinate related projects to align with program objectives, commitments, and business outcomes.
• Identify program-level risks and blockers; drive resolutions to maintain momentum.
• Maintain governance, scope management, decision tracking, change management, and executive reporting.
• Champion customer outcomes and realized business value; drive product utilization and time-to-value.
• Lead onboarding sessions, governance meetings, milestone reviews, and executive updates with senior stakeholders.
