Job summary

Goods & Services is seeking a Senior PMO to coordinate the delivery cadence of complex, multi-team client engagements and ensure governance and accurate records across workstreams.

You’ll lead planning, define scope and milestones, and manage dependencies and budgets within the engagement's SOW. You will partner with client engineering, operations, security, and executive stakeholders to align priorities and drive strategic outcomes, enabling durable client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Concrete Agile/Scrum delivery experience; familiarity with multiple methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum, kanban, lean, SAFe).
• Experience partnering with client engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery.
• Experience managing program risks, dependencies, escalations, and competing priorities in a fast-paced client environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior client leadership.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Comfort operating as an outside advisor with limited internal authority.
• Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to bring structure as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs for client organizations.
• Define program scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and budget within the SOW; manage risks and changes.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational standards.
• Escalate and resolve critical program, operational, and security issues across stakeholders.
• Enforce governance, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting to ensure successful execution and measurable outcomes.
