Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Program Manager II to oversee the integration and management of multiple complex projects and major systems in the IAS business area. You will guide cost control, scheduling, and technical execution while maintaining strong customer relationships and leading proposal efforts from initial contact to award.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in aerospace/defense program management, a Bachelor's in a related field, and a track record of delivering programs on time

Qualifications

• Broad experience in program or project management within aerospace/defense.
• Experience leading medium-to-large scale programs (1–2 years scope) and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage customer relationships, cost, schedule and technical planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total Program Integration Management for multiple complex projects and major systems, focusing on customer relationships, cost, schedule, and technical planning.
• Track and report on project status, technical execution, and overall program performance.
• Lead proposal tasks from initial customer interaction through contract award.
