Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, health care administration, or related field.
• 9+ years of project management experience overseeing multiple projects.
• 4+ years interacting with senior/executive leadership at the Director level or above.
• Experience in strategic planning, operations, financial/regulatory programs, or academic medicine.
• Fluency in traditional waterfall PM with some exposure to agile methodologies.
• Ability to guide project managers on shared initiatives without formal authority.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Health Systems Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This role will provide project management leadership for large-scale, enterprise-critical initiatives within a complex healthcare and academic environment. The ideal candidate will create structure for multi-workstream efforts, align related projects to strategic objectives, and partner closely with senior leadership to drive execution and accountability. This position also involves mentoring project managers and junior team members while ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and change control are managed effectively.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $183,600 annually
