Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology initiatives for federal stakeholders in a remote US-based role. You will plan, execute, and deploy complex projects while communicating progress and risks to senior leadership.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage roadmaps, resolve blockers, and mentor junior staff to ensure delivery discipline across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience managing IT or technology projects.
• Experience with data science, analytics, and management teams.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects from planning to deployment.
• Facilitate weekly meetings with senior federal staff to align project progress.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with federal stakeholders.

• Maintain a project roadmap and manage schedules, resources, and risks.
• Prepare and deliver project status updates to federal stakeholders.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead end-to-end technology initiatives with a strong emphasis on planning, execution, and deployment across complex stakeholder environments. You will partner closely with federal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to keep work aligned, remove blockers, and maintain momentum on critical initiatives. The position also requires clear communication of progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership while supporting delivery discipline across the project lifecycle.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $160,000 annually
