Ladders seeks a Program Manager for the West Coast region, US Remote, to guide large-scale programs in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. You will oversee complex deployments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive programs from inception to completion while ensuring scope, schedule and budget adherence.

You will partner with customer stakeholders, internal technical staff, and project managers to deliver end-to-end program execution.

Formación

• 5+ years of public safety and project management experience with complex deployments for state/local agencies.
• Prior people management experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools for planning and tracking.

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager - West Coast Region - US Remote to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will oversee large-scale programs and complex deployments across the West Coast region, with a strong focus on public safety initiatives for state and local government customers.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional project teams, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure programs are delivered on scope, on time, and within budget.

This position will also partner closely with customer stakeholders, internal technical staff, and project managers to support successful end-to-end program execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $105,000 - $115,000 annually

Qualifications

• High school diploma, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, IT, Management, or Technology
• 5+ years of public safety and project management experience managing complex deployments for state and local public safety agencies
• Prior people management experience required
• Skilled in Microsoft Project and similar applications for project planning
• Experience with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• PMP certification preferred
