Ladders client is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to oversee complex platform projects remote from the US, aligning delivery with client priorities and business needs.

You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and release activities across multiple workstreams, driving continuous improvement.

The role requires 4+ years of platform project leadership, Agile/Scrum experience, strong communication, and US citizenship; BS degree required.

For our client, we are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will oversee the coordination and delivery of complex platform projects, with a focus on aligning implementation efforts to client priorities and business needs. The position will partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and release activities across multiple workstreams. This individual will also help drive continuous improvement through assessments, risk management, and post-implementation reviews.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage platform projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide status updates to clients and management
• Develop and maintain the project roadmap based on client priorities
• Conduct release management using Scrum-based Agile methodology
• Perform project assessments and post-implementation reviews to identify improvements
• Support planning across multiple modules based on customer requirements
• Serve as the primary contact for all technical aspects of the platform

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the platform and its capabilities
• At least 4 years of experience leading platform projects
• Proven organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple efforts using Agile methodology
• Experience collaborating with clients to determine and implement requirements efficiently
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
• Must be a US citizen
• BS degree in a related field
