Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader to guide program management services and technology across HDR’s Resources Business Group (Power, Waste, and Industrial Market Sectors).

This hybrid leadership role combines program management leadership, service delivery technology leadership, and technical project execution to connect delivery, strategy and innovation with HDR leadership and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Master's degree and PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience leading program management in a large, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination and advancement of program management services.
• Lead technology integration and service delivery initiatives within HDR’s Resources Business Group.
• Shape strategic plan and promote unified program management practices.
