Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior supply chain program manager to lead EAC development, EVMS application, and supplier engagement for DoD contracts. You will coordinate with PM, Finance, IPTs, Engineering, and Procurement to align material strategies with program objectives, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance targets are met.

Role requires DoD security clearance, onsite work in Tucson, and travel up to 30%. The position emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration across

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 10 years of relevant supply chain experience.
• Experience with supply chain, production control, and/or procurement processes.
• Experience managing program cost and schedule.
• Experience with Prime Contract Requirements and Statements of Work (SSOWs).
• Experience using supply chain planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, analysis, and management of EACs (Estimate at Completion) for accurate forecasting and program performance.
• Apply EVMS principles to monitor progress and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate to develop and execute Material Strategies aligned with program goals.
• Coordinate procurement execution and manage purchase orders for new contracts.
• Support supplier negotiations to meet milestones, on time and within budget.
• Facilitate transition of supply chain duties from new contract to production teams.
• Provide MRP support and master data management for timely inputs.
• Manage supplier relationships, assess risks, ensure FAR/DFARS/ITAR compliance.
• Prepare briefings on supply chain status, EAC updates, and risk mitigation.
• Contribute to proposals with supplier strategies and material estimates.
