Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior supply chain professional to lead EAC development, Earned Value management, and material strategies for defense programs. You will coordinate with PMs, Finance, IPTs, and suppliers to ensure cost and schedule objectives are met, and you will drive procurement execution and data integrity across programs.

Travel up to 30% may be required to support supplier engagement and program requirements, with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and extensive supply chain background.
• Experience with procurement, production control, and program cost management.
• Strong knowledge of EVMS and earned value forecasting.
• Experience with prime contract requirements and SSOWs.
• Experience with supply chain planning tools (SAP/PRISM, Kinaxis, MFT, ROMS).
• Advanced Microsoft Office and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, analysis, and management of EACs for accurate forecast.
• Apply EVMS principles to monitor progress and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with PM, Finance, IPTs, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement.
• Coordinate procurement execution and purchase orders for new contracts.
• Support supplier negotiations and ensure timely, budget-aligned activities.
• Transition supply chain responsibilities to production execution team.
• Provide material requirements planning and master data management support.
• Manage supplier relationships and risk mitigation, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Prepare briefings on supply chain status, constraints, EAC updates, and risk.
• Contribute to proposals, supplier strategies, and cost estimates for new contracts.
• Drive accurate financial management activities including EACs and variance analysis.
• Facilitate issue resolution across internal teams and suppliers.
