Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ seeks a senior Supply Chain/Program Manager for an on-site leadership role requiring active DoD Secret clearance on day‑1. You will interface with Supply Chain, IPTs, and the Program Office to drive EVM, forecasts, supplier management, and metrics to keep programs healthy.

Typically a university degree with 10+ years’ experience; expertise in MRP, Kinaxis, SAP or PRISM and cross‑functional leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Typically a university degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in related roles.
• Experience in supplier management, project or program management.
• Familiarity with planning tools such as Kinaxis, SAP or PRISM.

Responsibilities

• Interface across Supply Chain, Program Office and IPT for contracts.
• Lead EVM activities including quarterly EACs and forecasting.
• Oversee supplier material management and cost/schedule adherence.
• Develop and monitor program and supply chain metrics.
• Drive supply-chain strategies, supplier assessments, and risks.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and program success.
• Align production with MRP to support execution.
• Oversee proposal performance reporting and material deliveries.
• Identify risks and support future proposal activities.
