Job Description

The Opportunity: CACI seeks a Senior Program Management Analyst for Subcontracts to support the USSTRATCOM SCITLS program, overseeing subcontract activities and ensuring compliance with FAR and PWS standards. This position is based in Omaha, Nebraska, contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract timecards in DELTEK and monitor labor hours
• Administer and report on subcontracts, monitor financial burn rates
• Manage subcontract baseline including costs, schedule, quality, and technical performance
• Enter subcontract data into P2P system
• Responsible for invoicing 12 subcontracts/partners
• Assist with work statements, estimates, and purchase orders
• Facilitate annual closeout activities
• Coordinate deliverable submissions
• Lead major project updates and evaluations
• Act as a technical expert across projects
• Liaise with PM, subcontract manager, and subcontractors for changes
• Submit all subcontractor DD254s for Facility Security Clearance

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Top Secret with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in science or arts
• 8+ years in project/program management or PMO operations
• Experience in subcontract operations, including timecard management, invoicing, financial analysis, and facility clearances
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies

Pay Range

$70,900 - $148,900, depending on factors such as location, experience, skills, and education.
