Job Title: Senior Operations Management Analyst

The Senior Operations Management Analyst is a key member of a cross-functional team collaborating with multinational pharmaceutical companies or their proxies to support clinical research trials. The role involves disseminating critical information through excellent written and verbal communication. It provides executive support to the Clinical Assessment Market Development team and handles special projects, representing leadership with professionalism and confidentiality.

Scope of Role

This position offers leadership in developing and delivering intellectual property in a fast-growing pharmaceutical market. The role requires clear communication, active listening, and effective stakeholder interaction both verbally and in writing. Responsibilities include ensuring timely project delivery within scope, managing operational execution, building strong relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and implementing process improvements. The individual will handle issue identification, stakeholder communication, escalation, problem resolution, and content delivery.

Overall Responsibilities and Functions
  • Support strategies for providing licensed and translated Clinical Assessment IP to customers.
  • Manage projects following relevant guidelines.
  • Handle multiple projects with different schedules and scopes.
  • Manage project finances, including vendor invoicing.
  • Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Overcome development obstacles through independent decision-making.
  • Participate in conflict resolution.
  • Respond independently to operational or customer issues, collaborating with leadership.
  • Communicate and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Maintain clear communication with leadership, vendors, and customers.
  • Create and update project plans and schedules.
  • Collaborate to meet deliverables within timelines.
  • Represent Translation Support in project strategies and plans.
  • Support other personnel in a matrix organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, healthcare administration, life sciences, or related field, with 5+ years of experience.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong client management experience.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
