Job summary

MRL Consulting Group | Global Niche Technology Recruitment seeks a senior program leader to own telecom and data center rollout programs from start to finish. You will set strategy, drive execution, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction across multi-region initiatives.

Lead cross-disciplinary teams—program management, engineering, procurement, logistics, and field services—while maintaining governance, performance dashboards, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
• Preferred certifications: PMP or PgMP, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Agile or SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle delivery accountability for telecom and data center rollout programs.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams spanning program management, engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, and field services.
• Maintain governance structures for delivery and metrics dashboards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and delivery excellence.
