Job summary

Deploy's Client seeks a Senior Manager, Program to lead one or more modular programs, owning P&L and delivering at scale. You will build and guide teams, maintain executive client relationships, and drive strategic program decisions with robust scheduling, risk management, and financial controls.

You will oversee program governance, standards, and stakeholder communications, while mentoring managers and ensuring safety and quality across all programs. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with $100M+ actively managed contract revenue.
• Demonstrated C-suite-level client relationships.
• Ability to build, restructure, and right-size a program team.
• Ability to take direct control of a program in jeopardy and return to stability.
• Experience presenting and defending Business Case Reviews with Executive Leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced scheduling proficiency across MS Project, Primavera P6, and Smartsheet.
• Excel and Office suite proficiency; Bluebeam experience.
• Strategic and operational leadership with long-term program success focus.
• 25% travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Own program P&L with explicit margin accountability across assigned programs.
• Design, build, and restructure the program team as needed.
• Develop and maintain C-suite-level client relationships; represent Deploy's Client.
• Contribute to strategic pipeline decisions based on capacity and margin.
• Take direct control of programs in jeopardy and drive to stable operation.
• Refine program-wide standards for scheduling, financial reporting, procurement, and communication.
• Present and defend Business Case Reviews to Executives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of program managers and seniors.
• Champion safety, quality culture, and Deploy's Client standards.
